How much does a custom miniature cost?
Prices depend on the number of figures, the size and the options you choose. Custom Miniature and Chibi figurines start from £34.99, pet miniatures from £24.99 and wedding cake toppers from £75. The nativity set (9 pieces) is £200. Each Etsy listing shows every option and the price updates as you choose.
How do I send my photo?
Upload a clear photo in the personalisation box when you order on Etsy. Add a note about a date or a detail if you like. That is all we need to start.
What sizes are available?
The most popular sizes are 45mm and 60mm. Each listing shows the other sizes. Large display pieces, 100mm and up, are made to quote, so message us on Etsy.
How long does my order take?
We do not promise a set number of days. The making time appears on each listing and starts once you approve your preview. Delivery is on top of that.
Is the final piece an exact likeness?
You choose from three styles: Original, Cartoon and Chibi. We finish every piece by hand so it is recognisable: the key features, the clothing, the pose. It is a faithful interpretation, not a perfect copy. A clearer photo gives a closer result.
How is it delivered?
By tracked delivery once it is finished, so you can follow it to your door.
Can it be used as a cake topper?
Yes. Our pieces are decorative, so set one on a clean base rather than directly on food, and remove it before serving. Tell us it is for a cake and we will advise on size and base.
How do I care for it, and is it fragile?
Keep it away from heat, strong sunlight and moisture. Dust it with a soft, dry cloth. It is a display piece, not a toy, and it is not suitable for young children.
Which photos can I send, and can you make licensed characters?
Only send photos you own or have permission to use. We cannot make copyrighted characters, logos or trademarked designs. We are happy to make an original figure inspired by a theme.
How do orders, payment and returns work?
Orders, payment, cancellations and returns are handled through Etsy under the policies shown on each listing.
